the central station hotel is our fav go-to place in london. its perfect for heading to soho n the theaters. we loved the amazing food during our stay, it was delish and they even gave us seconds! the vibe is so colorful n fun. The staff are super friendly and welcoming. def gonna come back again!

the only downside was the rain outside but that's not on the hotel. would have liked a late-night snack option nearby, no chip shop open at 3am!

The stay was pleasant as I was visiting London to see the British Museum. I appreciated the cozy outdoor terrace which was a great spot to relax after a day of exploring. The staff were very thoughtful and made my experience comfortable, ensuring I had everything I needed in my room.

I had a good night's sleep despite the music from the lounge downstairs, but light sleepers might find it challenging. I'll definitely consider returning for the warmth of the staff and the convenience of the location, but I hope the shower issues are addressed.
